Our process takes the hassle out of filing insurance claims

The Inspection

One of our inspectors will come to your property and make an assessment on the storm damage.  Our comprehensive inspection covers damages to the roof, siding, gutters, windows, soft metals, paint, wood, a/c units, and everything else that could be damaged by hail. We are not just in it for your roof, we are in it to make sure you get every benefit entitled by your insurance policy. At this time the inspector will make note of any possible code upgrades needed. Once the inspection is complete we draw up the proof-of-loss documents required by your insurance company. Then we create the estimate to restore the property to it's previous condition. The best restoration starts with the best planning.

The Adjustment

One of our inspectors will meet with your insurance company when they come to adjust the property damage. This is how we stand behind our recommendation to file a claim. At the adjustment our inspector will work with your insurance adjuster to help point out all of the damage and provide them with a comprehensive estimate to complete the repairs. If your claim gets denied at the initial adjustment we already have the proof-of-loss documents to get a second adjustment. We've helped thousands of homeowners get a full replacement after their claim has been denied. Helping homeowners through the insurance claims process is our specialty.

The Supplements

Once your claim is approved it's time to issue supplemental claims for the code upgrades required to build your project. Initially your insurance company only pays you for what you have. Sometimes we have to add specifications to your project due to newer building codes. Almost every insurance policy covers the additional cost of code upgrades. So we must plan for those supplements before hand, take pictures as we install them, and finally bill your insurance company the additional difference. Remember, the cheapest restoration isn't always the best, we are experts in maximizing your insurance claim and getting you every additional dollar to go the extra mile on every project.
